Srinagar: Nalin Prabhat, Director General of Police, Jammu and Kashmir, on Saturday said the explosion occurred during the handling of a large quantity of explosive substances, chemicals, and reagents recovered from Faridabad on November 9 and 10 as part of FIR number 162 of 2025 at PS Nowgam.
